Since taking over the stewardship of the First Thursday Art Walk in 2021, we have seen it steadily grow from just a few participating venues each month, to one of the most acclaimed and well-attended Art Walks in the Bay Area. The majority of the past 3 years we have also managed it on an entirely volunteer-basis with no funding at all. Although in 2024 we have received a mini-event grant from the TLCBD, there is no guarantee what future funding will look like or if it will exist at all.
